Backtracking is Done…I Hope

Destination Bolen Baby Surprise Jacket, Day 5, I have now re-knit rows 60-80 and also rows 81 and 82. I’ve circled and starred the shaping rows so that next time I use this pattern I won’t visit the frog pond hopefully. The center back length is about 9.5 inches now and I estimate that I will add another 2 inches. So without the flap on row 80 the sweater will measure about 11.5 inches. This project should be finished tomorrow then I’ll cast on another buttons cardigan.

Izzy has had enough of the frog pond so she supervised today. She’s a cat and doesn’t like water. Normally I don’t allow her to supervise because she chews needle tips or swats at the project or kneads the “fabric” and catches it in her claws so I have repairs to make before project is finished. Bad kitty! Since Debit was still looking for the bunny, I decided to let her help for a while.

Till next time, no tinks, no frogs, just knits.
