Destination Eyelet Cardi, Day 7

I’m beginning to think this is going to be one of those projects that feels doomed from the beginning. I changed patterns twice and cast on and frogged twice. Now I’ve got  the tinks. For any non-knitters reading, tinks means I’m unknitting. Tink is knit backwards. I tinked a couple of rows so didn’t quite reach the eyelet row. I’m hoping to knit 6 or 7 rows on day 8. I suspect that my daily goal will be 6 rows per day until the yoke is finished.

The baby surprise jacket is moving right along. I’m allowing 14 days for this project which means I’ll have to knit 7 rows per day I’ve just finished row 15 so I’ve worked 8 rows per day if you count the cast on as a row. Saturday will be blocking and assembly day here so hopefully next post will have pictures of some finished projects–Augusta, Buttons and 198 Yards of Heaven. Of course, it is Saturday and will be a do-whatever-I-want day so I may change my mind. So stay tuned.

Till next time, no frogs, no tinks, just knits.
