Destination Loopy Laces, Day 14

l hate it when that happens. I’m entering the last line of post and getting ready to publish and get my fingers in the wrong place and delete it all. Then it autosaves.I’m to the gusset on the Loopy Laces. I wanted to sleep knit but kept telling myself “just one more row” until my goal was reached. I hope to finish the gusset tonight.

Detours

Yesterday was a knit in public kind of day so I worked on Buttons Cardigan and finished the yoke. I’ll divide for the sleeves on my next outing. I also cast on another 198 Yards of Heaven for a church friend with cancer. I’m using Cascade Pacific which is now my yarn of choice for prayer shawls. It’s soft and lightweight. Gate City Yarns is ordering me two bags in colors appropriate for men and women. I worked about 17 rows of the first pattern repeat. The plan is to be finished with this in a week. I’ll then work on baby sweaters before knitting some power socks for a friend who lost her mom.

Till next time, no frogs, no tinks, just knits.
